I'm proud to announce that my first track, Starfox Speedway, is released! I know, it's just a repaint of Parkside, but that's fine, right? I just can't handle changing a bunch of numbers. Find it in the Fictional Tracks section of the Downloads. Now let me tell you more about the track.

Location: Argonsville, Corneria (Corneria is Starfox's planet)
Surface: Dirt
Length: 3/4 mile
Shape: D-Oval
History: Opened in 1997 during the release of Starfox 64, Starfox Speedway is the premier dirt race track in Corneria, and is funded in part by Nintendo and Starfox, and owned by Fox McCloud and his wife, Krystal. Their weekly program includes Pure Stocks, Super Stocks, Super Late Models, and Non Wing Sprint Cars. Every year since 2003, they race a special event that Krystal made up called "Krystal's Blue Dirt 30," 30 laps for the Super Late Models with the dirt colored blue, like Krystal's fur and skin.

Design notes: I have been a Starfox fan since Starfox 64, and while not making it far in any of their games, I adored the chaaracters, especially Falco, and Krystal when she was introduced in 2002. Starting in late 2003, I've always dreamt up local dirt tracks in the Nintendo characters' different worlds, like the Mushroom Kingdom, Kongo Jungle, etc, and what their driver rosters would be like. The billboards at Starfox Speedway have official photos of the Starfox characters, photoshopped and they also have body parts from DAZ Studio.
