Was just wondering who did these and why ??? To me it looks like someone used the New Wedge Chassis that F1yer had edited from the original DW Wedgenose LM and then renamed the Outlaw Wedge skins and placed them on this chassis and renamed the chassis...Not wanting to start crap but to my knowledge no one asked me if they could do this and I'm not sure if F1yer was asked either..So to whomever please do the right thing and please don't try and claim credit for someone elses hard work and either pull the downloads or give credit to F1yer for his chassis , Mike Knepley and Flash 24 for the original edits of theses chassis, Ace96 for his skins and myself as I did some extra editing and physics and converted them to DTR2..Thank You yenko2

in the details on those files it says they were posted by Demonic
and im not sure why he posted them in the BLS section
beyond that i have no knowledge whether there were permissions asked

Thanks Deadbolt, I saw the info but I don't know demonic and have never ever heard of him before..So as far as I know there was no permission.. I don't have a problem with him doing this but at least be a little creative and use a different name for the chassis/skins and give credit to those who actually did all the work..Thanks yenko2

hey guys i know who demonic is and he had on his site that he had been working on that chassis for over a year.he is a legit editor and should deserve credit for it.heres a link to his site.i think he is in the process of revamping it right now.(it used to be alot different)

Ok F1yer but have you seen this download yet ??? I'll give him credit if he's been working on this.. but still those skins are the same ones I have on mine and the chassis looks exactly like your New Wedge to me anyway.. so if he's been working on it why no descriptions/comments about it on the download and why is his named same as mine except added 2K11... Again I not wanting nothing out of this just would like it if he might rename it to something different and get some different skins.. So I will say I'm sorry for bringing this up and will stay quite for here on out..Nice work demonic !!!

the chassis is somewhat different.the roof is now the 3rd wing on rear and the rear is raised alot more.as far as the skins....those where the original skins from the bst outlaw wedge for dtr1 chassis.i found those and used them for our skinpack as well,which we havent released yet i think.

Just a few thoughts then I'm done with this topic. I'm happy to see people still intersted in updating/re-editing the older stuff that DW and others did years ago and hope to see more of it come out..Just please if you redo/edit anything always ask before releasing...99 out of 100 times there are No Problems and everything goes fine..Just give credit to those that worked hard on the original and we all appreciate the talent and efforts that go into doing all the editing of chassis/tracks for this game and encourage more people to learn and creat more for the game..That being all said I would like to say sorry to demonic and his efforts as they are not wasted..I see you pulled the download but I encourage you to repost it just asking that you rename it so its not so close to the one I have already posted as well as the skins or use something different..Not accusing you of anything and not wanting you to be pissed off just be more careful of what you do in your work and check before releasing it..I have tried out the car and its fun and is a bit different and I appreciate your work..So enough said and hope this clears everything up..yenko2

Demonic, 1st of all here is my apology to you, I'll admit I was wrong and to quick to crititze and jump on your work.. but when you post something close to something I put out earlier you tend to be a bit protective and in your posting you never gave a description or any comments on it ..Plus I had never heard of you or your work before this and as you have never really posted anything on here before that I remember , so for me there was cause to question this as I'm sure you would if it happened to your work ..So please don't let this 1 old mans rant and mistake stop you from sharing your great talent with others...PLEASE post your work here as this is a great place and people will enjoy your work..As for me I'm going to say SORRY and move on..If you don't post your work thats up to you and we'll all be missing out on what looks to be some great stuff and again thats up to you..I don't want people pissed at me or you about this so lets move on and help each other and DTR2...So you need to stay on here with this great group of people as we need talent like yours as mine is gone/past and you are a true editor as I'm only a simple type editor but we need to keep DTR2 going.. what we don't need is a stupid ole man living in his past making trouble because he's see things a bit different sometimes and leaps before he looks...So I hope this helps clear the air and I hope you see what I'm rambling on about is just ME not anyone else on this site !!!... so what do you think of this car

Looks nice ...maybe make it longer? like pull the nose out further...or it could just be the pi, but looks nice

The rear/mid engine wedge loved this car..Like Shock said looks like you need to lengthen out the nose and the rear section maybe its the angle of pic also not as much front fender bubble the car is more like a true wedge but if you lengthen the nose it should reduce the fender .. These cars were long and tall in the back tail some where over 7ft with the plex panels.. also it looks like the driver/cockpit needs to go back a bit as well..looks like he's on top of tires or just behind , on the real car the driver was sitting in the center and near where the side number starts and behind the tires again it could be the angle of your picture.. I know there isn't to much to work with as you probably got most it of fairly stretched out and getting a decent body will be difficult.. demonic here a few more pictures of the car from when it was at Eldora a few years ago.Plus if you could post a few more in game shots with better view angles so we could see it a bit better..But so far looks good and I hope you make them a bit faster than the default LM as these cars flew back in the day...
