Ok guys, if I'm gonna get back into racing, I will need a new wheel. It's been about 7 years since I bought one, so.... What are you using? I had a Logitech for ps2 that worked on the PC, but it went in the trash a while back...

controllers are ok if you want to fly your race car and it looks like they are cheap. If you need a wheel, the best one for DTR2 is the Logitech MOMO, some people are moving up to the G27 but it's got a dead spot and that's not to helpful in this game. The G27 has an extrordinary reaction time on asphalt tho!

Yeah Id go get a Momo...You have to go to EBAY to get it though...Logitech dont make them anymore. I moved up to a G-27 for iRacing and it does have a dead spot for about 4 degrees of rotation on both the left and right and I had to get used to that.
So we finish 18 and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice

i bought the first controller there Matt and its a pretty solid controller..i use the left analog for steering and it has the triggers for throttle and brake.the optical steering deal works really good for asphault games if ur into ne of that.Im gonna order the 2nd controller next week to see how it does, but overall im happy with the 1st one.im always looking for something i can gain a little speed with and not clutter the desk up.

That's one reason I don't use a wheel. It takes way to much space up on my desk and then I have to move if every time I'm done racing. It's annoying. Oh and plus I sold it to GLH_Bubba so I don't even have a wheel now :D

Controller drivers dominate DTR2. Get a controller.
