Howdy guys. I really don't mind if anyone responds to this. This is just my take-

First thing i want to say is i am grateful for all that anyone has done for this game. THANK YOU ALL! Even the little racers who try their heart out night in and night out, The weekend warriors to those who go in browser with different names it makes it the game. I just wanted to start a good hearted thread and be sincere about it. I love this game. I think i can admit this game kept me from doing alot of other mindless activities which couldnt have led to any good. I mean no harm when i race. and i do try to race everyone the same way. Racing happens. I do know what it is like to put 50hrs a week into a car and only make 50 bucks. i know what it is like to waste countless hours away from family. This summer is the first summer i didnt race a real car since i turned 18. But i spent time with my family and will have a house to live in instead of a few pictures and memories from a track. I went fishing with my son. Went camping for first time since i started racing. THis passed winter i was in a hole in this game. I have completely changed in last nine months from not racing a real car. When i say "Love Everybody" I mean it. I try to. We didnt put blood sweat and tears into driving these cars here. But some people did to get those cars going. So again i say thank you to the editors and everyone else. Racing Happens!

And big props to the Editors again. In the last year alone this game has sparked a new life. Which has long been seen. Thank You Again to Everyone!

yvw rainman im not good as a racer or as a big de editer but i have made my share of places to race and add to wounderfull game and im still doing it when get time dtr2 is wounderfull cummunity of ppl that love have FUN and im proude be part of this family as ill call it ty all

i have raced for a long time , quit and come back countless times
the best thing is when i do return to a game that i do enjoy its still here , i was happy as a pig in sh*t last year when i realized everyone was still messin around with this old game

I've seen the the rise and fall of DTR and now DTR2 but its not dead yet thanks to all you guys here on this site.. Been through all the good and bad of leagues and forums...Helped edit or tested hundreds of items... Never did learn to paint worth a crap.. Was never the the fastest one but was a tough racer but clean..The main thing to keep all this together is to be kind and understanding, tolerant and show and give respect to everyone good or bad..This is just a game and should be treated as such.. Shi7 happens and always will as nobody can be perfect with the way the game performs on different systems.. You need to give and take whats given to you as sometimes people will not see the same things as you but that doesn't make it right or fair just move on and try again.. We all Love this game and in order for it to survive is for us to enjoy it and enjoy playing it as a game not a life breaking event..Thanks for all that have contributed countless hours developing tracks, chassis, painted skins, and running and racing in the leagues which are a important part of keeping this going on..Like I said before I have seen the best and the worst in this game and we need to keep our shi7 together in order to survive or at least until that new perfect game finally is developed..Just a few rants and raves from the old man Thanks everyone!! With all the BS floating around lately maybe you guys need a history lesson... Example: Onlineracing forum shuts down due to to much BS and owners burned out and finally shut site down, Dirtwizard forums shut down due to to much BS and NSDRA arrives and revives the site as Simswizard but shuts down for personal reasons.. DTR dies a quick death when DTR2 arrives and a few sites hang it up.. A few good sites still going at the time but eventusally closed down lately BH Motorsports and FUO shut down leaving a big empty place for DTR2 except for some league sites..Shock brings us VLR forum and siteand things have been good until recent events..Guys you need to calm down and work things out..We need to keep this game alive and going on and in order to get new people to get into this game is a friendly helpful place without all the BS.. Learn from your mistakes and move on. Its only a game and thats all..Thanks Yenko2
