Can anyone get Gates' skins to install to their game without having WINRAR? If so how? And is WINRAR something we need to download? I had it once but it took up way to much space, and I only used it once or twice, because it seems 99% of files for DTR2 are WINZIP and that is a very small file that works great!!!

Just wondering!!! I can't get his skins in game, wondered if anyone else was having the same problem too, I know a cpl more ppl are having the same issue also. And if it is a problem, can we get Gates to switch?

I asked him about it on yahoo, he says his computer wont let him zip them so he does it that way. i have no idea what to do. i would really like his skins though cuz he does badass work .

WinRAR is the best, not sure what you guys have against it. It's no bigger of a file than Winzip, in fact it's very small if I remember (Less than 1MB file size). Maybe a .rar file you downloaded was big, but that's nothing to do with WinRAR's program itself.

I love WinRAR because I can download a skin or a track and it remembers the last few folders I installed them to so I can easily select it to go into the right folder with little effort. It works as good as .exe files for me since it remembers the folders you've used for you.

but like I said 99% of the things we DL is for ZIP and the RAR file I had took forever to install and had too many things to deal with, winzip, you just pick it and send it!!! And Winzip is not even 1/2 a mb

when i had winrar i had to click thru so much crap menus and thats the program that started the whole double foldering shit so everyone had problems installin stuff

if people put files in rar format i will never dl them

I got 7zip. When I dl his stuff, I just click open, it opens up the file in the 7zip program and then just drag and drop the folder to where I want it.
