hey db or shock..ridin around town earlier 2 day n thought would be kool 2 see a results page from all leagues..maybe top 5 from each series or league..then maybe points awarded for top 5 of top series then few less pts for lower series. just a thought..i'd help any way i could..something like this would keep interest up more than just seeing THE winner each time. we could do a monthly deal where teams competed for the most points. my yahoo is rusty29385 and email is rustybiscuit@hotmail.com..yahoo email is messed up so send me anything to yahoo messenger or email addy if i can help. i know db and shock do a heckuva lot with what they already do and that is very much appreciated, so lemme help all i can with this....Rusty.

We used to have a driver of the week thing on WFO and another page but it was a major pain to get every1 to send in their results. Plus it took alot of time so in the end it wasnt worth it to me...But it is a great idea if you can get results and have the time to mess with it,

ive thought about it before , it would take alot of work getting everyone to send the results

what i thought about was kinda like what dirt on dirt does

each race winners name would be a link to a seperate page with the top 10 and results from someones MR file , then you could see laps speeds and race times

but that would take alot of space

i like the idea tho

thx db..if it helps any maybe get shock to do a writeup 4 all leagues to send the results 2 my email or yahoo and i'd post on the forums or tell them 2 just post them on our forum themselves..would do 2 things, promote their series and recognize the top 5 drivers of each race, therefore keeping interest up all around.

I have a good template if every1 wants to put their entire results on here. I would do it every Monday after the WFO race

Hmm...that sounds kinda like our invader series we had...it is a lotta work, but does get the guys to race, too. I do like this idea McGee...db said something about it taking up to much space, but that's ok we can find an efficient way to do it and I have enough space to do it with on this site.

I'll have to check out the Dirt on Dirt thing that db talked about. I'd be interested in it but it would take effort from league admin's to send in their results to be on the site. THey could use the Submit League News form we got on the site and send it to us through there which would save a lot of time.

I wish more teams would use that if they have news to report...WFO does, and a couple others, but it cost money to get that on the site so I wish more people would use that. If we started doing the top 5 thing then we would only put the results from the leagues that submit the data or have it clearly on their site...otherwise if they don't put in the time to send the results to us or put it on their site then we can't get it on ours.
