Final Ruling:
After close post race inspections it has been determined JFR*A2D's car had some lag issues,
and may have glitched causing a split second of server overload in which it appeared his car
slowed dramaticly causing contact to the rear of his car by VLR_0's car thus vaulting JFR*A2D in to the back of JFR*4H.
