Is there a way to change the setup of the Heats and Mains?

What I mean is, since the game was released not too many places run the "traditional" Quals, Heats, D, C, B, A Main format.

Most now use a random draw for starting position, 3 - 4 Heats, and then usually 1 - 2 B-Mains then the A-Main/Feature. Al based on Car Count.

I'm currently looking at creating an Offline series Based on/After the Michigan Dirt Cup Series using 60 Cars. That format is as follows. 6 Heats 10 cars each, Top 2 from each Heat Transfer to A. 4 B's with 12 cars will be run, Top 2 from each B Transfer to A for a 21 car Feature race.

Is there anyway to replicate this in the .str file?
