Positions Averaged by adding number of categories each driver is listed in then dividing by total number of categories each driver is listed in

Stats can be argued many different ways
I just came up with this in response to this post
These stats are more heavily based on races attended , which is what creates the "National Points" which XCR Bullet keeps track of
they dont take into account , car count , or who else was there
no category was weighed as counting more than any other
as stated above , I only used those 5 categories , no TnL races , Rookie Race , Sprint races

and Bull isnt around right now for me to get more stats like Gen4 wins , and year long win totals
maybe i can make another list after i get some more year long stats , hopefully after december 31 , so we can count everything

ive already told db the reason for this post so ill go ahead and explain this to everyone else also.
i wanna put on a special show in the bls sprint cars @ Kokomo 2k12 again but i want the best 10 drivers possible.Id like for this to be like an allstar event but not have to go through all the worries of runnin heats dashes bmains and all the other stuff.Strictly the king of DTR2 2011!Im not sure of the date(prob around xmas) and such as of now but there will be a trophy or plaque for winner and im gonna try and stream my car live so everyone can see whats goes down during the A main.Hopefully everyone can tune in to see all the great action i think this race will provide.So please guys let me know what 10 drivers you would like to see duke it out.

1 thing i forgot.Once we get the top 10 drivers list made i will also make up a list of alternates just in case 1 of the top 10 drivers wont be able to make it.

I don't understand this thing? it says 5 categories with three drivers, 4 categories with 3 drivers etc...I'm confused to what the categories mean and everything. Is it saying that:

Ok it kinda makes sense now. Wheel is the #1 driver of guys who have ran in all those chassis, Rain is #1 of the guys who have raced in 4, etc?

it worked out weird like that
i took the top 10 in each category i listed
then listed it out like this :
VLR Wheel 1 , 1 , 4 , 1 , 3
then add those - =10
then divided by then number of categries he was listed in top10 10/5 = 2
2 being his average standing frm the 5 categories
each person was averaged out the same way

people listed in 4 categories had thier total divided by 4
and so on

it just happened that there were only 3 drivers for each
hope that makes sense

it gets weird when yu try and rank things like this
i knw we are going beyond what F1 is lookin for but.....

how can someone say a win is wrth more than another?
they cant be equal
one win could be versus a feild f 9 cars
anther could be against a feild of 30 cars
the win vs 9 is not as good as a win vs 30 - imo

One thing that could help that is the past few months we've been listing the car counts from the series we knew the counts, so maybe Bullet can add up all the races from those and give us a break down based on car counts.

We dont need any laggers in this race shock. sprints and kokomo wouldnt take lag so well.

a series would be awesome but id hate to ask other people interested in racing the sprints to sit out long enough to run a series......although ur tier system might be the answer for that problem.
