Adams County Speedway is now just a memory as the stars of the
Super DirtCar Series get a week to prepare for the finale of the season. The Gound Pounding Big Block Modifieds head to The Dirt Track at Charlotte to duke it out in the 100 lap, double points race to determine the champion. Gibbz (Waterloo, ny) holds a 12 point lead over the well known BLS_Kevin. going into the final race, Only the two remain in the chase for the championship. VLR_21* sits over 30 points out in 3 place in the point standings. Stay tuned as the format of this race will be released later this week!

The super dirt car series would like to thank the 42 drivers who have supported us so far in our inaugural season of Big Block Modified action. We ask that all of you come thursday and help us finish this season on a strong note. After thursday a champion will be crowned and our focus will be set on our upcoming season that will be one of the greatest series in DTR2 history. We have already leaked a little bit of information on that series, More will be released following the finale on thursday night.

The time is now. 14 races have led to this point. And after 14 race, it comes down to 12 points. 12 points is the gap between current points leader Gibbz and 2nd place BLS Kev. Both men going out with everything they have, all to go down in history as the first ever Super DirtCar Series Champion. Points leader Gibbz has graced victory lane on 2 occaisions, first picking up race #2 at Lawrenceburg 2013, then backing it up and the halfway point of the series with a big win at the historic Orange County Fair Speedway. An extra distance and Double Points event. No stranger to victory lane himself, BLS Kev finds himself in prime position to pick up a championship trophy to add to his collection. After facing criticism from alot of the racing community for being a "B main regular", Kev picked up an A main victory just 2 races ago at the Shady Grove Raceway, besting some of the best drivers in the world like BLS 18 and DO!T97. Now tonight, both drivers find themselves at the same crossroads. 1 path leads to 2. On one side, greatness and glory. The honor of being a champion. The other? A path towards being a footnote in history. Nobody remembers 2nd place. At the home of the dirt racing World Finals, the Dirt Track At Charlotte, history will once again be made. But will history belong to the 12? or the 42?




Tonight is the the night. 14 weeks of racing all culminates into tonight. The Super DirtCar Series Finale brought to you live from The Dirt Track At Charlotte. All are welcome. Racing begins at 8pm est!

I would like to personally thank each and everybody that came out and supported us whether it was just one week or all 15 races. This series was created by the drivers for the drivers and wouldn't have been possible without you guys. Thank you for allowing me to attempt to run a halfway decent show. I'm willing to call this one a success. We tried some new things, found out some new things that work. Tried some things that didn't work at all. Hopefully Season 2 goes better after we've learned what we learnt and I can't wait to come back and do it all over again.

If anybody wants to leave some feedback on how they thought this went then they're more than welcomed to. Thanks again for supporting us in this interesting endeavor.

Its been an interesting 15 weeks of racing. Thanks one more time to everybody that participated in even 1 of our events. We never had the giant 40 car crowds that others get but we had quite a bit of fun most nights with the just over 10 car counts we did have most weeks. Congrats to Gibbz on becoming the first ever Super DirtCar Series Champion. I can't wait to do this all over again.
