Im thinkin that they way tracks are progressing they will be able to make the groove start moving around like a real track by next year!

Had a couple of ideas for track making. Doubt they work but still ideas.

Already said have Day/Night instead of Slick/Tacky
Is it possible to have the lines on the track match where the groove is? I don't know if they already line up like that or not.

What do you mean where the groove is? Where the track is black at in dtr2?

the weather has been weird around here for the last few days
im hoping to make it out to McKean County Raceway tomorrow for Patriot Sprints and UEMS

i think jmac means have the groove on the track in game , where it is in real life
my understanding of how the "new" way is working is there really isnt a set "groove" in the new tracks , you are able to move your line around more now than ever before and still be competetive - at least my understandiing of it

edit to add :
one thing i was tellin f1 id like to see , but is basically impossible is ruts in the track
like thru the turn that develope after x amount of laps , either they slow you down if you hit them wrong or they help you power thru the turn

Like have the track looked more raced on where the racing line is. If the racing line is in low and out high, have it look that way on the track. Explaining things isn't my strong point. If you get what I'm trying to say.

Yep big storm hit at 4 oclock and its fixing to rain again now. :angry:

Sucks cause tonight they were having a benefit chinese auction for a sprint driver that was seriously injured in a crash there last month, but its next week now.
