Why?
Let me tell you, Tony deserves to be a clear number 1 on this list, and it's not even close. However this is a daily countdown and I don't want him annoying the (bleep) out of me and PM'ing me asking me where the (bleep) he is on the list. So HERE YOU GO TONY, you plop in at number 10. It's done, over, congrats...now you don't have to annoy everyone asking what place you're gonna be on the list.
We know you missed some time in this great game due to your excessive drug dealing but you don't have to come back and annoy everyone like you have to catch up on every single little detail you missed. Just relax and take one of those happy pills you got laying around and all will be well. You're goal of acquiring every possible car skin combination in dtr2 is almost complete and then you can quit asking for a new skin every 4 1/2 days, or for every team you join (A lot).
Tony is annoying because he will ask someone for a car setup and then two seconds later he's asking another guy for the same setup. Have some decency and quit being annoying asking 50 people for skins, renders, setups, cocaine, track, and pet goats you can borrow. There you have it boys, Tony in at #10, although he's really #1.
You know, I gotta add this too. I know you Canadians are mostly comprised of illiterate french men but I know watermelons who can compose better sentences than this one:
