Chassis: Late Model (will replace Grape Crush, Stranger 2000 if it matters), and/or Pro Stock

First time on here. and getting back to dtr2.. would like some help on making skins for dtr2, Like how do we do it? and what do we install? i seen like paint shop 7?? something like that? not sure. wondering if i can get a step by step turtorial how to do this stuff. Greatly apppericate it. Thanks Guys
