So when was the last time you watched a Late Model go flat out all around a 3/8's mile track.

Yes the LM makes everything High line but it gives you the bottom to make a pass instead of running someone over just to make a pass.

Flyer made the Gen 5 and calls it junk

Actually at Volunteer 2013 the line is either. I know Wheel specifically runs up high in 3 and 4 at least and wins a lot there...and most people run high in all 4 corners even. Here's a list of those tracks with BLS LM. The Gen 5 is no different really from the Gen 3. So the Gen 3's would be junk as well, and the downloads section would appear that Gen 3 and Gen 5's are the most popular chassis to race:

Volunteer: High
Antioch: High (Antioch is just a high line track as is no matter the chassis)
Williams Grove: High
Silver Dollar: High
Riverside: High
PRP 2013: high (PRP I run high or low, depending on where the other cars are)
Lawrenceburg: High (People run low in 3 and 4 at Lawrenceburg as well, so it's multi grooved. Prob more people run low than high. However, I prefer high)
LaSalle: High
Crossville, High
PPMS: High

LMFAO, I can write anything I want on a text file. The body styles are from Gen 5 as well as must of the handling aspects. Only a few things have been chagned to make them handle/speed different. If they were really unique they would haveb een made from the default late's with all new body styles instead of a very similar look to the Gen 5's

You need to go thru and look at the file again. G5: NSDRA Latemodel Generation III DW made

LM: Unique chassis parameters for BWRC SLM by Team BLS
Unique Wheelbase for Fastrak CLM Flyer made I think from default

Yeah like I said, you can type anything you want in those little boxes. Makes it sound cool. They were made form Gen 5's, which were made from Gen 3, which we're made from default LM

You need to take the params from the LM and put them in the Gen 5 chassis and see how different they really are.

Only a few things are different. You can change one thing and make it handle a ton different.

prolly be a while before i race again. changed computers a while back then not long after the wheel started acting up then altogether quit working. never thought i'd see a day like this a few months ago going back 7 yrs raced or turned some laps almost every day, but for now i'm semi-retired..may race dtr2 again, may not ever again hard to say right now. never been a fan of ppl broadcasting they quit (sometimes multiple times) then you see them back after a few weeks like they never said it. just want it known i've had fun racing dtr2 hold no grudges with anyone, but may have run my last race. thanks for the good times fellas i really hope the game picks back up.

Noooooo McGee :(. I was gonna message you on Facebook to see what was going on. What about buying a new wheel? You'd probably like it more anyway. Don't give up on it man please. There's a new chassis out with lots of tire wear that is basically like racing a new game becasue no one knows exactly what tires to run and such to win. I can buy you a wheel if you wanna try one :(
