Ok, this is to everybody thats uploading stuff to the site. Mainly whoever posted the skin with the name "awful i just threw it together" I don't care who made it or whatever. Can we show some kind of restraint here? Instead of posting complete and utter CRAP, post something that you have some pride in. If you don't like it and you think other people wont like it, THEN DON'T BLEEPING UPLOAD IT! There are things uploaded here that could possibly be essentials to everybody thats actually here to race like a new track or new chassis. Not everything gets posted about so something that would be good to have would end up buried under tons of crap that nobody wants.

Next rant: If you already have a skin, don't ask for 15 more skins. That again adds to the above rant when I'm looking for somebody's skin that I actually want in my game so I can see it when I race them and I have to sort thru dozens of skins for one person that I next to NEVER see in a race at all. If you want a skin made up for you, and somebody makes it. USE THE DAMN SKIN FOR A FEW MONTHS! If you really need THAT many skins, then ask for them all to be put into a skin pack with your name on it instead of having a new skin uploaded every day. At the most, you'll need 4 skins depending on how many major chassis are being used at the time. Not 40 skins for one single chassis.

Third rant: Some people on here need to grow the bleep up and stop being so butthurt about stupid worthless crap that shouldn't even be bothered thinking about. Seems like every 3 or so days somebody is quitting or somebodys banning somebody or somebody wants somebody else banned because the kinda sorta tapped them in the turn. A good portion of guys here have actually raced at one point or another and they can ALL say this exact thing: Racing is a contact sport! Whether you race open wheeled cars or cars with fenders and bumpers, there is, always has been, and always will be contact! If you run somebody over and you damn well know you did it, grow a pair and own up to what you did! If you hit somebody, whether it be accidental or you just flatout ran them over, At least have the decency to say you're sorry.




Alright. I believe thats it for now. Sorry for stealing your schtick DB. I just had to get a few things off my chest. Please don't point out anything ironic about this, I know I've been guilty of quite a few of these things I ranted about.

lol jmac on rool i agree with skin requst no need have 10-30 skins in 1 car i have less than 10 toatal for all my cars maybe 4 tops in lm but if u notices i have used the same original 2004 skin that was painted for me by mike massey as my default for most if not all makes of lm class i dont need buch of them i have dl alote g5 and super skins latly like jmac says i want see who im racing but guess what i still see buch dont have skins for and he is also right about crap comment if u dont like dont post plan simple

I would like to add STOP KILLING the FKKN SERVERS to the rant list. If your gonna run anything but default cars ,tracks in the browser use someones vent and set player limit, also load the cars before you go in. If your killing them on purpose then shame on you this rant won't help but please work on your stupidity

Ok I haven't read all this yet but i had to post about the first part to say THANK YOU!! It really sucks when a new track comes out (that's actually good) and there are 10 shitty skins at the top of the downloads and the track isn't listed there anymore.

Alright, this is the EXACT CRAP I WAS TALKING ABOUT! Why the bleep does Rocket Kid need 3 bleeping skins posted boom boom boom???? If its an accident then TAKE 2 OF THEM DOWN! If its not an accident and theres really 3 different skins there then just stop uploading crap now. I don't care who uploaded them, I don't want to know. Enough of this crap.

Maybe Shock needs to find away to limit how much junk 1 person can upload in a week or a certain time frame. This is crazy. It makes the download section a waste of time with all the unwanted junk in there

got good point there! maybe we need go in take all ygr and make 1 offical skin pack and remove all indeivale skins from them. also maybe we need to make offical yearly skin packs 2 like take skins from 2k10 in 1 offical skin pack and remove the each but not my site its ideas guys but ygr guys i have agree with title to this thread u guys have posted more skins in 2 weks than i ever had made since i was racing in 04 on no need change a skin each week bs

Yeah I think most skins from 2010 could be deleted and I have deleted a few before but it's fairly time consuming. If you think a skin is awful and not worth downloading, then just don't post it, cause it probably is awful. Nobodies downloading those skins anyway because they know they'll just have to get another one tomorrow of the same driver and it clutters up the game.
