This is what he will be doing
- Oversee talent training and development programs such as media skills, life skills, health/wellness, and financial training
- Work on issues relating to Intellectual Property and talent contracts, including liaising with Legal Department, Finance Department and other internal groups
- Manage programs to increase departmental efficiencies and document protocols concerning policies
- Oversee VLRs talent management information system & payroll requirements
- Create and analyze various reports on VLR talent, and develop corresponding recommendations / action items
- Manage event planning and execution with respect to VLR talent, for events such as Gopher 50 and other VLR tentpole/multi-day events
- Act swiftly to address urgent, sensitive and/or highly confidential matters relating to talent
- Manage staff of four with diverse responsibilities
