XOR*Blaze wrote: btw starnes i told u not to come back till u can learn to lift. there is a diff in rubbing and running someone over on lap 2 of a 40 lap race. i debated on letting u and ray run cause everyone knows how u race in the past. So i let u race. And u proved me right by running someone over on lap 2. When u learn to lift u can come back.

I know how to lift blaze ask around i'm pretty sure most will tell you the same thing seeing as I have made 5 A Mains in 5 starts since I came back to DTR2 3 of which i finished in the top 5....maybe you should forget bout the past and think hey maybe him bumping me was an accident...not everyone aims to take people out yo :)

You're absolutely right Jim. You head over to Spartanburg and we'll buy you dinner at the Peddler. Before I met Shock, I honestly thought he was some punk kid. (Sorry Shock) But since we've gone to two races with him and spent the night in the same hotel room, I really respect him and think he's a super great kid and just sweet as sugar! Trevor (Superman) was at one of the races and impressed me too. In college, majoring in Mathematics, but cool as a cucumber. Shock and Trevor both payed more attention to Ryan (my son) than me or Rusty - that says a lot about a person. Two great guys hands down! I'm sure their impressions of me before we met were the same as you. Now I feel confident that if the exact same situation had happened with Shock or Trevor, they would just roll their eyes and say "She's at it again" and pay no attention to it.

I saw on one of your posts (not sure where it went) you wrote "What does college have to do with it?" I'm about to say more about me than I've ever told anyone on DTR2. College really wasn't what Rusty was trying to point out. The fact that I put myself through college (money and time), had Ryan 100% by myself (bio father is totally out of the picture), and worked at least 40 hours per week is the point Rusty's trying to make. During that very tough time, Ryan had a bunch of medical issues - severe acid reflux, and a cyst on his thyroid that required surgery on his neck. Also during that time, I had to deal with my mother - who takes the cake on being controlling. The point to me telling you this is to say that I've been there, done that and know what's up in the real world. I'm not perfect, never have claimed to be. I do know that the only way to survive is to be your own person and stand up for values you hold close. I think my greatest accomplishment in life is Ryan. He is the BEST kid EVER. Rusty loves him dearly and is so proud of him. Shock and Trevor will both tell you how wonderful he is. Ryan has seen me stand up for what I believe in (cussing and all) and is now a Kiawanis Club "Terrific Kid" because of the high standards he has. He treats everyone with respect, never picks on anyone less fortunate than him, and gets pretty much all A's. And he's a mama's boy. Big time ... lol. The reason I'm telling you that is because it takes a LOT to do all that with no support from family. I can handle myself; I don't need Rusty standing over my shoulder sticking up for me all the time. Don't take anger you have for me out on him. Try to be a respectful, clean DTR2 driver and it will come back to you 10 fold.

It's ok, I think everyone thinks I'm a punk before they meet me, IDK why.

i've always felt that way 2 jim, but pretty much i'm the same here as i am in person..shock'd prolly tell u same. i am humble as they come..deal with the public each and every day as a service tech for my company, so "customer always right" tends to play right into my personality. however, i am only human and make mistakes although i wish i wasn't like this so much, but i strive for perfection with everything i do. it's kinda like my racing on here i try my damndest to pass a guy clean and race that guy like i wanta be raced, but when i get by that guy clean and after all that work to do this he then runs all over me after that i'm like a totally different person...again humble as they come but u hit me either in an online racecar, disrespect my wife or son..mother loved 1 whatever, i will defend or retaliate. my father was very hard on me as a kid coming up..ran a business and i worked for him since i was 10 yrs old running steel pipe, machinery, hell anything 2 do with being a mechanical contractor. it wasn't until later in my life that my father has become less than the "superman" that i always thought he was...23 missions in the air force as a tailgunner in a b-24 over germany in wwII has just recently in the past few yrs started to haunt him. now i say to myself and others 30k ft in the air being shot at by enemy aircraft.. 23 missions there is a reason he survived. guess what i'm trying 2 say is i was afraid of my father as a kid, but now that i have grown up..concurred an alcohol and drug addiction going on 10 yrs now, i've not met a man since my father i am afraid of. have had my ass whooped drunk or blacked out almost killed the 1 time, but i lived too. we meet we will be friends and get along, jim, john, bob, billy who the hell ever it's just the way i am. come on down sometime as i said on vent i'll shake yer hand and say "nice to meet you." nope, no different on here than i am in person.

So we finish 18 and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, 'Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know.' And he says, 'Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.' So I got that goin' for me, which is nice
