VLR_v56 brings home the first ever VLR STRAIGHT UP INVITATION SERIES win at Columbus Speedway. We had a great race and expect much the same next week as the series tackles Harrison.

Many drivers left their haulers at the track after yesterdays VLR race was rained out and postponed and stayed overnight. OAS_1c, the fastest at yesterdays VLR race, got caught up in an early accident to bring out the caution.

BST_3d and VLR_v56 pulled ahead of the field throughout the race, but v56 finally cleared 3d for the win after running behind him for the first 20 or so laps. 3d had a very strong second place finish. Third through 7th was a very close race as 1c fought back to get third in the end.
