VLR FAST 10'S ARE BACK

VLR Fast 10's are BACK (2023)! Click here to view! Simply join 74.91.122.77:32263 IP in DTR2 and set the laps to 10 in default late models for your time to show up!

To get the game to work online, simply download RivaTuner Statistics Server and click the + sign to add dtr2.exe and then set the frame rate to be 120FPS!

the game will start fine and work fine until you choose start race. Then it freezes. The only error I have seen is a etrace. Never seen that befoe.

I think someone said you have to run it in 800x600 resolution for it to work, but don't quote me on that. If that's the case though, it's pretty crappy because the graphics won't look as good

ok now a new error shows up. D3D8_LFB Write, Copy Rects
Definition it gives is method parameter may have a invalid value. to me that's greek, anyone have a idea

Im guessing u reinstalled a few times. In the C: drive I have it going to a games folder not to programfiles or programfiles x86. maybe this will help.

I kinda think this is a game error instead of a windows 8 error, but not positive. IF you could download teamviewer from www.teamviewer.com and pm the info on here that'd be great and I will log on and try to help you

I have windows 8 and no probs either. I use 1440X900 res. Do you have directx program installed? If not try this www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 It helped me. I also have my Games folder in the OS(C:) directory.

shock tried that last night an no luck. he started a system restore but it did not finnish because a error. he thinks its a vid issue. the screen flashes when intro runs. don't have time tonight to work on it because im helping at local track to get ready for the 12th for when racing starts

I get same error when I installed on wifes laptop. hate windows 8 wose than 7 I prufer xp still but ill use this if get working need help any ideas? backaward comp is xp sp3

do u suppose windows 8 has that security setting like window 7 has where u have enter a code in command prop? I know when we installed nascar on wifes desk top it boot her each time tried start race until put code in it. pride im not having much luck either I plan hate 8

I didn't have to put a code in, BUT you can make DTR2 run in windows XP mode by right clicking on icon and click troubleshoot compatibility , it will then ask you if you want to run DTR2 on an earlier version of windows, try that. Windows 8 has every version of windows within itself, so if you like XP you can the put the programs you liked in XP or Vista or 98 or whatever. I LOVE W8!!!!

wront do it already tried run on xp sp3 it installes game just like pride stated but when u click race it boots u gives u that code don't have clue whats wrong with it if this pc plays sims 3 it def play dtr2 but y it boots me I have no idea
