January 29, 2019 (CONCORD, NC) – Hayden Cardwell took home his first career VLR win tonight in dominating fashion in the South Texas Speedway Winter Super Series opener at The Dirt Track at Charlotte!

The Knoxville, TN driver proved to any doubters that he has what it takes to win on the big stage, beating out over 60 of iRacing’s top drivers in the process.

Cardwell quickly raced out to the lead over pole-sitter and WoO Pro series driver Alex Bergeron on the second lap of the 60 lap race and would never look back en-route to a two second win over recent Bubba 60 and Jackpot Modified Series Champion Blake Cannon. Cardwell started the race from the third position before his quick march to the top spot.
