Team-IFRT and IFRT-Farmer Returns!!!
- Details
The 3rd night of the season was at Missouri Mudpit V2b. The night would start out with heat 1.
VLR 18 and WFO Sidebite would make up the front row. They would take the green flag. VLR 18 and Sidebite would stay side by side for the first 8 laps. Letting WFO Blaze catch them. Coming off of turn 2 there would be some contact made between VLR 18 and WFO Sidebite. As they hit and checked up Blaze was right on Sidebite's bumper which sent him to the infield. That would let 18 get away as they would come across the line with VLR 18 picking up the Heat 1 victory.
Heat 2 would have just as much action. As King would have the pole for this race. They take the green flag and it would not take long for WFO Rainman to make his way to the top spot. With DO!T 87 following him to the front. On lap 7 King would blow his motor and exit the track. As that is how the field would stay just the way it was. With WFO Rain picking up the Heat 2 Victory.
The A-Main would have more action than any other race tonight. VLR 18 and WFO Rain making up the front row. They would take the green flag and VLR 18 and Rain would stay side by side for the next 10 laps. With DO!T 87 and WFO Blaze right behind them. On lap 13 XRT 34 and WFO Blaze would make contact with Blaze spinning. Not but 2 laps later. VLR 18 and WFO Rain would make contact sending Rain flipping down the backstrech and into the infield. As the racing would now be for the top spot. With VLR 18 and WFO SB trading the lead. But with VLR 18 taking the lead for the last time and it would not change again as lap traffic played a big part in this race. Letting VLR 18 take the win. WFO would like to thank all that came out and supported us. Thank You
Next Week Shady Grove
BLS_End finally sees an End to his winning streak as TXR_Tj3 comes out for his first LORS experience to take the win at Knoxville in the WoO Sprint, a chassis the TXR guys have down pat. On May 22nd LOR heads to Missouri-Mudpit-v2b in the TnL cars for a double team hit and run. The details are at the LOR site. Racing starts at 1 am eastern time.
VLR_JW came home with the win at Victory Lane Speedway in Winnipeg with 2nd and 3rd going to VLR_Kindo and VLR_18 respectively. 17 cars showed up to race which was the most this season in the Wissota Challenge Series but only JW would stand above the rest. 8 of the A Main drivers were VLR members as they all carpooled to the track together north of the border. JW and VLR_18 made contact with a few laps to go which ruined 18's shot at the win but Kindo tried to mount a charge for the win and couldn't quite get it done. VLR_18 and VLR_Shock were side by side at the finish but 18 used the high line to take home third and was very frustrated after the race, but it was the Mississippi Missile JW getting the win in Winnipeg at Victory Lane Speedway. Top 10 were:

WFO ICE - Considered the dominator of the series, he will try and make the drive for three. But this time it may not be easy or will it?
VLR_18 - Coming off a seems like championship of the mod series, rumors say he may try to win the championship next season.
WFO Rainman - With the momentum he has coming off his wins from the mod series, if he runs full time he could be the 2nd 2 time champ of XCR.
VLR_Shock - Winningest driver of XCR and has yet to win a championship. If he is able to get in all the races watch out!
VLR_McGee - Runs full time and may shake things up.
VLR_Jason - We only saw him last 2 races last season but knows how to wheel a car. If you give him the chance he might be a threat.
XCR Bull - Not the greatest of drivers but turns up the heat in the summer.
WFO Sidebite - If he shows up will be a major contender.
XRT_14 - Looking for luck but may pull through for a top 10 points finish.
Squirrel - Watch out for this guy he may mix things up.....while being lapped.
BLS_F1yer - Has pretty much given up. Probably wont see him much or at all.
BLS_Stephen - Wont see him much until the next winter series.
WFO 17Va - Havent seen him much but if he does show he will be another contender.
VLR_4 - Once a start and park, he has come a long way making A's and even winning them! Can he win a race at XCR? Stay tuned.
WFO Blaze - Plans a full time effort. May make top 10 in points.
Doit 3 - The driver of drivers, says he will win it all.
VLR_Kindo - Will end up 2nd.
VLR_JW - Has never ran at XCR but if he does, keep an eye out.
