May 15, 2016 (Pevely, Missouri) VLR_JW captures another win on the Summer 11 Tour at I-55 Raceway! He outran 10 other cars to collect the prize! VLR_JW also captured fast qualifier award with a 11.19 lap! BLS_BW and JW won their heats respectively. However, before the Ironman 55 began, BW's engine blew up and was unable to compete. Kilby, a late entry was then asked to start, but then his motor blew up too!

At the drop of the green flag, JW took the lead and never looked back. Top contenders, VLR_Shock and J-MAC hit the inside wall early on and had to pull off due to damage. VLR_Bubba also had trouble with the inside wall as he crushed it, but he kept on going. XCR_KingGinger held onto 2nd for the entire race, with WFO_4H hanging on to 3rd place! Papich and Bubba rounded out the top 5! Next week, we head to Lasalle Speedway 2016 for the Spring Shootout 60!
