This week we rolled into Attica. And it would be a night full of action. As the heat races would be action packed. Heat Race 1 would start with Jobub and Jsn on the front row. As they took the green flag they would not stay side by side for long. As Jobub would jump out front and not look back.
TXR Tj3 would move from his 4th place starting position to finish in the 2nd position. BLS Jsn would drop from his 2nd place starting position to finish3rd. Picking up the final transfer position. With DK and IFRT 14 finishing close behind. Heat 2 would be even more action packed.
With BLS Zombie and Blaze starting on the front row. The green flag would drop. And Zombie and Blaze would run side by side for the first 8 laps. When Zombie finally made the pass on the bottom. Blaze would then just tuck in behind and wait for zombie to mess up.
While the battle up front was starting to heat up so was the battle for the final transfer position. As BLS BW42 and 34 would battle till the last lap for that position. As the final 4 laps winded down BLZ would turn up the heat on Zombie. He would pressure for the lead a couple times but could not clear.
As Zombie would win his 1st heat race this season. Coming across the line beside Zombie was BLS Blaze. With BLS BW42 winning the battle for the 3rd spot. The B-Main would be interesting. With only 2 of the 6 drivers going home.
BLS DK would start on the pole. With BLS 34 right beside him. Notable VLR Shock would tag the rear of the B. As the green flag dropped it would be DK jumping out front. And running away.
As Shock would start his way through the field. They would come across the line with DK in 1st VLR Shock 2nd BLS 34 3rd and IFRT 14 4th. With RRX Switchblade and USRA Hunter not making the A-Main.
The A-Main would not be so action packed. As BLS Blaze would start on the pole after winning the dash. And that would be all that he needed. As he would take the green flag and never look back.
BLS Zombie and DK would tuck in behind and the 3 would ride. As BLS Blaze would lead all 35 laps and cruise to his 1st Open Series A-Main win. With BLS Zombie coming in 2nd DK following close behind.
