CHILLICOTHE, OHIO (June 28, 2012)- In week two of the new young guns series, newcomer Omax took home the victory at the famed Atomic Speedway. A promising car count of 12 cars battled it out all night to take that top spot but only one driver could.

In heat race one the car of New York driver Kmars started on the point with Brookfield, Wisconsin driver Austin starting right besides him. Right at the start the car of LetsRace (Missouri) jumped up from fiith all the way to second and was battling for the lead with Kmars.

When this action was happening the car of VLR_Brad (Indiana) spun out into the infiield and got back on the track a half of lap down. Eric and Austin were battling it out for the third and final transfer spot with Eric eventually pulling a way from Austin. Coming across the line it was Kmars, Lets Race, Eric, VLR_Brad, Austin.

In heat race number two SRF_Brad (Wisconsin) rolled out first and Rocket Kid (Alabama) came to the line at second. SRF_Brad would jump out to an early lead but the hard charging Dane would soon catch him and pass him for the win. Rocket kid and OMAX were in a close race for the final transfer spot and they got together and it sent Rocket kid spinning.

Coming across the line it was Dane, SRF_Brad, OMAX, Hoovers4, and Rocket Kid. After the heat race Rocket kid and OMAX started to fight but OMAX threw Rocket Kid into the Alligator river and the gators ate off Rocket Kids hands, leaving him to do all his talking using his mouth.

In the six lap dash Kmars started on the point with Dane on the outside of him. Kmars spun out on lap two so he took last and Dane ran away with the race. The finish was Dane, OMAX, SRF_Brad, Lets Race, Eric, Kmars.

In the 12 lap B Main VLR_Brad started on the point and Hoovers4 (West Virginia) starting second.On lap two Rocket Kid pretended to be frozen but was not and started to drive backwards on the track like an idiot with his hands bit off. And eventually Austin joined him in doing so to get back at the crazed driver. The racers managed to dodge the cars and the finishing order was this: 1 VLR_Brad 2 VLR_Shock 3 Hoovers4 4 YGR_SH 5 Austin 6 Rocket Kid.

Dane had the pole for the 40 lap A Main and OMAX had the second spot. OMAX jumped out to a early lead but VLR_Brad and VLR_Shock (Tennessee) were coming on REALLY STRONG from starting 7th and 8th, after Shock arrived late to the track and had to tag the tail of the B Main.

On lap two the car of Kmars spun around and fell back to 8th. And in last was YGR_SH (Tennessee) he was spinning out everywhere. Eric (Wisconsin) and Lets Race were having a good battle for 6th untill Eric Slid up and hit the wall. Meanwhile up front Shock and V Brad were catching OMAX but lap traffic got in there way slowing them up a little bit.

It seemed like every time 8th starting VLR_Shock would make a run on Omax, a lap car would end up right in his path slowing him down several tenths per lap as Omax would narrowly win by two car lengths for his first win in the YGR series.

After the race we interview the leader and asked him about what happened in the heat race with Rocket kid. "Well he was just slow and got in my way so i moved him out of my way haha."

And second place VLR Shock on Rocket kids performance in the B main "Well he was an absolute idiot. Why would he drive backwars in a league race?! I geuss those hands the gators ate were important. There's nothing good that ever came out of Alabama and maybe now people will believe me."

And Rocket Kid why did u drive backward? (RK) "Cause I hit the tire and then parked on the track. I told everyone to restart cause I was froze but they didn't so my car magically came unfroze and it started driving backwards for no reason. I couldn't control it!"
